A simple plain background can make a huge difference to an image. Even a small subject can stand out more and be enhanced and rendered more punchy even for a simple “no action” portrait still. I visited one of my favourite places the Pilanesberg Reserve and was able to find great backgrounds and lucky enough to place some subjects onto these backgrounds

It was my third time this year and was fortunate to have a great prelude sighting on my way to Pilanesberg and each morning on my my way into the reserve. I paste these interludes below.
